As a Customer Service Representative at Carnes, you will be an integral part of our HVAC manufacturing operation. We offer an environment that’s welcoming, inclusive and respectful. You will be in charge of customer satisfaction from order entry through product delivery. Our primary customers are involved in industrial HVAC construction. They are our reps and their customers who include contractors, engineers and service professionals. Responsibilities include:
- · Entering orders and data
- · Managing customer service issues
- · Supporting our sales efforts
- · Responding to warranty issues
- · Returned goods authorizations
- · Field Service issues
- · Freight issues
- · Addressing shortages
This person works closely with other departments, specifically Credit and Sales, to resolve issues. They must also possess:
