As a Sales Associate at Carnes, you will be an integral part of our HVAC manufacturing operation. We offer an environment that’s welcoming, inclusive and respectful. You will be in charge of customer satisfaction from order entry through product delivery. This person works closely with other departments, specifically Credit and Production. Our primary customers are involved in industrial HVAC construction. They are our reps and their customers who include contractors, engineers and service professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering orders and data
- Managing customer service issues
- Supporting our sales efforts
- Responding to warranty issues
- Returned goods authorizations
- Field Service issues
- Freight issues
- Addressing shortages
- Social media management experience preferred
They must also possess:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Professionalism and integrity
- A teamwork and result driven attitude
- The ability to acquire full knowledge of our product line
Previous sales experience, pre-employment drug screen, background check and high school diploma are required.
