Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support the leasing process by conducting property tours, processing applications, and facilitating lease signings.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, leases, and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs are completed.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors while adhering to company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Stay informed about local laws related to property management to ensure compliance.
Skills
