Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lead teacher to create a classroom atmosphere that promotes joyful learning and a welcoming school culture.
- Assist with creating and planning engaging lessons that foster active participation and student enthusiasm for subject matter.
- Lead student instruction in various subject areas, including phonics, reading, writing, math, handwriting, and social studies.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents through proactive and professional means.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated interest in teaching and/or working with young people.
- Previous experience working with children (camp counseling, sports instruction, teaching assistant, etc.).
