• Hybrid Program :
• This internship is a hybrid program based in Miami, Florida. Students must be available for the entire duration of the program and willing to work a hybrid schedule, combining both in-office and remote work. This is a full-time opportunity, with interns working 40 hours per week. While hours may vary, interns can expect to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Carnival provides housing for interns who are relocating to Miami for the summer.

• Juniors, seniors, and graduate students are preferred for the program.

• Interns will be provided with a company-issued laptop and will need reliable internet when working remotely.

The creative team is responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all channels, including major campaigns, digital platforms, and onboard experiences. We function as an internal agency, specializing in design, editing, production, video, social media, copywriting, and project management.

• Internship Project Summary :

Project Title : _ Creative Team Intern

Objective : _ As a Creative Services Intern, you will work closely with our team to assist in the development and execution of various projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to exciting initiatives across multiple platforms.

• Essential Functions :
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, onboard programs, and other projects.
• Assist in the design and production of various materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, and presentations.
• Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Conduct research to gather inspiration and inform design decisions.
• Help with the preparation of design presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Manage and organize design assets and project files.
• Specific Qualifications :
• Currently pursuing a degree (undergraduate or graduate) in Graphic Design, Visual / Digital Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Experience with Figma and HTML5 / Google Web Designer is a plus
• Strong creative and conceptual skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is preferred.
