Product Manager, IT

Were looking for an amazing IT Product Manager to fill this role. This is a hybrid, in-office role. Youll work in person in our Seattle or Miami office Tuesday to Thursday each week Youll be responsible collaborating closely with various business units to identify and gather requirements for automation solutions for new API and AI platforms across various systems including brand reservation systems, data warehouse, personnel management and others. This would include owning and collaborating business partners to determine application project viability and business benefit, including scope definition, and development estimation, for projects at Holland America and Seabourn. Your insights into market trends and ability to advocate for modern technology will be essential in driving product adoption and innovation.

• Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Business Units : Work closely with business units to gather and define requirements for API and AI platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage Product Roadmap : Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Lead Product Development : Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that enterprise APIs and AI solutions meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Communication : Present product updates and functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Advocate for Modern Technology : Promote the adoption of modern technology solutions across the organization and stay current with new emerging systems, products and technologies.
• Uphold and promote the organization's core values and culture.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
• Requirements
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 5 years in product management role
• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and technology adoption.

• Base Salary Range : $105,600.00 to $142,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
