Crew Services Manager
The Crew Services Manager ensures and manages the provision of all administration matters relating to the ship's company, including officers, crew, concession staff and guest entertainers.
Responsibilities include :
- Maintaining accurate records of number of crew sailing
- Provide necessary crew documentation for entry and departments at all ports including immigration, visa and customs lists
- Ensure crew have original and valid copies of legally required paperwork
- Liaise with port agents for HR Logisitics and crew flights
- Manage the crew payroll and currency exchange and ensure safe storage of all crew passports
- Update and maintain electronic and manual files to ensure accurate crew records are held at all times
