As a Loyalty & Cruise Sales Manager, you will work as part of a close-knit team to sell future cruises to guests that are onboard with us. As an expert in our Peninsular Club Loyalty scheme, you will ensure that our loyal guests are well cared for and provide information and guidance to all guests travelling with us on the scheme, its tiers, and on-board benefits.

As Loyalty & Cruise Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include :
- Understand, meet, and exceed cruise sales targets for individual cruises, working with the Senior Loyalty & Cruise Sales Manager to assess progress towards target and feedback any ideas / new initiatives to grow revenue.
- Confidently and proactively engage with guests to create selling opportunities and upsell where possible
- Deliver a high level of customer service exceeding guest expectations, answering loyalty questions and managing complaints.
- Be an expert in our Peninsular Club loyalty scheme, tiers, and on-board benefits.
- Support the delivery of all loyalty events including Luncheons and our Peninsular Club Party, working closely with the Senior Loyalty & Cruise Sales Manager to ensure the correct support is provided.
- Support the planning and organisation of events to increase profit generating opportunities and exceed sales target. This includes hosting events and delivering presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the wider ship operation and additional duties.
Previous experience in a target driven environment and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. Excellent written and spoken English, along with presenting skills would be advantageous. Public speaking and presenting will be required in this role. In addition, experience within the travel industry and good destination knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.
