PURPOSE :
We're seeking a Consumer Care Representative to join our team and communicate with our loyal consumers. The ideal candidate is a pet lover, a self-starter, and passionate about delivering exceptional service; this person lives and breathes pet health and wellness. This role reports to the Consumer Experience Manager and is focused on our flagship brand, Vital Essentials®.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to consumer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media with empathy and urgency
- Assist consumers with questions regarding raw feeding, pet nutrition, and pet health
- Research and resolve consumer issues related to D2C order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and credits
- Use CRM tools to document and track all customer communication and complaints
- Assume front desk responsibilities, which include greeting and checking in visitors and monitoring phones if office manager is unavailable or out of office
