What We’re Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience handling construction claims, including:
- Breach of contract for non-payment
- Mechanic’s liens & stop notices
- Payment bond & indemnity claims
- Insurance & defect litigation
- Experience preparing and analyzing construction contracts
- A highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:$180,000
Responsibilities:- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
- Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
- Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry
- Member of state and local bar associations in good standing
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school
- Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
