Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and help with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Help with medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving is required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check (SLED report required)
