(LPN) LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Starting rate of $29.88/hour
12 and 8 hour shifts available
Full time, Part time and Relief Positions Available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs clinical nursing care.
- Completes scheduled assessments and associated regulatory documentation
- Communicates with residents and families, staff, pharmacy about clinical and other relevant issues.
- Works with interdisciplinary team on transitions and care
- Serves as clinical resource for staff who have concerns or questions regarding residents’ health and/or healthcare
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current unencumbered license to practice as a License Practical Nurse in North Carolina. Current CPR Adult Module certification. Two years’ experience in long term care and/or outpatient setting preferred
