Early Intervention Specialist-Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team at Carolina ABA. As a RBT, you will be integral in providing high-quality behavioral intervention services to individuals with developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor the progress of clients and effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Providing direct 1:1 therapy to clients in a home, school, or community setting.
  • Adhering to the BACB RBT Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

  • Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) by the 90th day of employment
  • Experience with developmental disorders is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
