What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Intervention Specialist-Behavior Technician position at Carolina ABA, LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team at Carolina ABA. As a RBT, you will be integral in providing high-quality behavioral intervention services to individuals with developmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor the progress of clients and effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Providing direct 1:1 therapy to clients in a home, school, or community setting.
- Adhering to the BACB RBT Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) by the 90th day of employment
- Experience with developmental disorders is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others
