Basic Function
Responsible for delivering pharmaceutical medications/supplies to the patient/customer homes and/or assisted living facilities within established corporate guidelines.
Duties
- Deliver and/or pick up medications/supplies to the patient/customer homes as directed.
- Deliver and/or pick up medications/supplies to assisted living homes as directed.
- Maintain delivery vehicle in good appearance.
- Assist operations manager in the maintenance of delivery vehicle.
- Interact with customer service representatives on customer comments/concerns.
- Promptly assist customers with products and services.
- Provide quality customer service to the customer.
- Promptly answer multi-line telephone.
- General knowledge of all company products, services and locations.
- Act in a professional manner at all times to customers and other employees.
- Interact as needed with other departments and locations regarding products and services.
- Operate standard office equipment including:
- photocopy machine
- fax machine
- computer/printer
- postage machine
- multi-line telephone
- Comply with HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
