PART-TIME Pharmacy Delivery Driver

Description

Basic Function

Responsible for delivering pharmaceutical medications/supplies to the patient/customer homes and/or assisted living facilities within established corporate guidelines.

Duties

1. Deliver and/or pick up medications/supplies to the patient/customer homes as directed.
2. Deliver and/or pick up medications/supplies to assisted living homes as directed.
3. Maintain delivery vehicle in good appearance.
4. Assist operations manager in the maintenance of delivery vehicle.
5. Interact with customer service representatives on customer comments/concerns.
6. Promptly assist customers with products and services.
7. Provide quality customer service to the customer.
8. Promptly answer multi-line telephone.
9. General knowledge of all company products, services and locations.
10. Act in a professional manner at all times to customers and other employees.
11. Interact as needed with other departments and locations regarding products and services.
12.  Operate standard office equipment including:
    1. photocopy machine
    2. fax machine
    3. computer/printer
    4. postage machine
    5. multi-line telephone
13. Comply with HIPAA policies and procedures.
14. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Language

Education/Training

• H.S. Diploma/GED
