Carolina Auto Auction is a family owned and operated business in Williamston, SC. We have been serving the automobile dealers and finance companies since 1969 and in SC since 1989.

We are looking to add account coordinators to our growing team.
As a coordinator you will be responsible to conducting a full review of vehicles for clients. You will provide instruction to reconditions and repair areas in accordance with our clients specific guidelines to prepare vehicles for sale.
As a commercial account coordinator, you will perform the following tasks :
- Locate and review vehicles for assigned commercial client.
- Ensure condition reports accurately reflect condition issues both body and mechanical.
- Assign reconditioning work orders to vehicles based on client’s guidelines.
- Assign vehicles to the mechanic shop based on client’s guidelines regarding certifications and approved repairs.
- Ensure client’s vehicles are completed and lined up for the sale within the expectation of the client and Carolina Auto Auction.
- Complete review of run with client representative the day prior to the run.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES
- Customer service background, preferably in the auction or automotive repair industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge, specifically with MS Excel, MS Office, Mitchell.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Post high school training in damage assessment is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least two year's experience in estimating auto repair.
