Carolina Basement Systems is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to add to our growing team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in conversation(s) with potential customers to determine their needs and offer solutions to resolve the issues in their basement, crawl space, and/or foundation, ultimately closing the sale and restoring their home to a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Follow-up on leads that have not (yet!) been closed.
- Listen attentively to customers’ questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful in order to encourage product sale.
- Cross-sell and up-sell beneficial products when possible.
- Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Participate in weekly sales team trainings and meetings.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sales acumen and proven sales experience required.
- Previous experience with basement waterproofing, crawl spaces, and/or foundations preferred
- A resourceful, “hunter” mindset!
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Strong closing skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented personality.
- The ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
- The tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to ALWAYS putting the customer first!
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
