Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader for our team of top-notch Sales Inspectors
- Train new sales employees in both a classroom setting AND out in the field
- Coach, mentor, and provide strategic feedback to sales team members
- Set both individual and collective sales goals. Compare performance to goals
- Continuously track commissions, bonuses, and key performance indicators
- Asses current team processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Asses individual performance and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Develop the team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Lead weekly sales team meetings
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven sales experience required
- Previous experience in construction and/or waterproofing preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented, analytical mindset
- The ability to adapt to different personalities
- Proficiency working with basic computer software
- Precise attention to detail
- Strong ethics and high integrity

Education and Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- A valid drivers license
