Carolina Basement Systems is looking for a Service Inspector to add to our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections to identify problems or issues with equipment that we have installed in customers’ homes or businesses
- Perform both proactive and reactive services
- Perform annual maintenances
- Upsell any supplemental products that would benefit the customer
- Address customer concerns and ensure effective and long-term resolutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous experience in construction, home improvement, inspections, or repairs preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- An enjoyment for hands-on work
- A problem-solving mentality
- Precise attention to detail
- Strong ethics and high integrity
- Commitment to ALWAYS putting the customer first!
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required
- A valid driver’s license

- Physical ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
