Our Opportunity: Brand Ambassador
Status: Part Time Shift
Hours: 1p-9p
Schedule: Friday-Saturday
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
The Brand Ambassador plays an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of Cold Spring Brewing Company. The position is responsible for representing the Third Street Brewhouse brand at off-site product samplings and at the brewhouse; including but not limited to giving tours and serving customers.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Off-site Product Samplings
- Greet customers with a positive attitude
- Check photo id’s and distribute craft beer samples
- Actively engage and educate consumers about Third Street and its products
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job
- Submit sampling recap report within 48 hours of the promotion
- Must have reliable transportation
Tour Guide/Tap Room Server
- Lead brewery tours
- Full knowledge of Third Street Brewhouse’s products – will train upon hire
- Eagerly greet guests as they arrive and provide superior customer service
- Check IDs for age verification
- Provide beer samples to guests on a tour
- Pour and serve draft beer
- Tap new kegs in the cooler
- Maintain a welcoming, educational & exciting experience
Maintain and execute health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. Including, but not limited to company expectations, state and federal laws.
Other duties as deemed necessary by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be presentable and professional appearing at all times
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree in related field preferred
5 years relevant experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Product knowledge (will train upon hire)
