Summary: Oversees all pertinent transactions and reporting for customers including, but not limited to EOM reports, scheduling, and production verifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create and Implement Standard Procedures for all customers to include the following:
- Logging/Inputting and documenting customer movements
- Daily/Monthly Reports
- Inventory procedures
- Customer Point of Contacts
- Rework documentation
Maintains contact with outside customers and vendors
Ensure that we are meeting all customer reporting needs, including export documentation
Maintains production verification
