About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Technician to join our team at MN Plant B, MNPLB. As a Process Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line through the use of statistical process control and PLC's. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by performing root-cause analytical and preventive maintenance on our production equipment. You will also be responsible for machine set-up and ensuring that our production line adheres to lean manufacturing principles.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with statistical process control and PLC programming
- Experience with production line equipment and machine set-up
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with non-durable goods manufacturing
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with project management
Responsibilities:
- Performing statistical process control and PLC programming to ensure efficient operation of the production line
- Performing root-cause analytical and preventive maintenance on production equipment
