Carolina Cabin Rentals, Inc. is looking for a thoughtful, motivated candidate to fill the role of Cleaning Operations Assistant. This position works on a small team with the Housekeeping Manager and another Hospitality Coordinator to assist our professional cleaners in troubleshooting challenges daily, as over 400 properties across the Boone and greater High Country area are cleaned after each guest departure. The ideal candidate:
- Is technically confident and skilled with online/computer work
- Prioritizes following procedure and documentation, keeping up-to-date records
- Has knowledge of, and experience in housekeeping/cleaning
- Can handle issues and complaints with thoughtfulness
- Brings experience from the vacation rental industry
- Has a professional phone presence
- Naturally thinks logistically
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with another coordinator to share responsibilities
- Receiving messages from cleaners and responding in an organized manner
- Being decisive in prioritizing issues based on urgency
- Applying a “long-term lens” to every situation
- Communicating expenses to accounting
