POSITION SUMMARY
Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions. This role will play a key part in improving financial performance, enhancing cost efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives within the operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to understand cost drivers and support process improvements.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, labor efficiency, and material usage.
- Provide financial analysis for capital investment projects and new product introductions.
- Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Performs additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics is required (MBA or other certifications is a plus).
- 1–3 years of related experience (manufacturing experience preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes (preferred).

This position will require some travel to our facility in Cheraw, SC to support on-site financial operations and collaborate with the manufacturing team.
