PRODUCTION ANALYST
POSITION SUMMARY
Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Monitor and evaluate production schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on production performance for management.
- Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance production throughput and minimize downtime.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate production data and insights.
- Assist in the implementation of new production technologies and process improvements.
- Performs additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred (MBA or Lean Six Sigma certifications is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain management
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable
