Schedule & Employment Options:
- Weekend Supervisor: Saturday & Sunday, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure top-quality patient care
- Assess, plan, and implement resident care plans
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN License in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work weekends and provide compassionate resident care
