Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and manage wound care for residents in our long-term care facility.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on wound care management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in wound care preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work well with a team in a long-term care setting.
