This role is responsible for maintaining accreditation, managing risk, and developing strategies to uphold the highest standards of ethical and legal compliance across Carolina Caring and its subsidiaries. The Chief Compliance Officer will work closely with leadership to implement effective compliance programs, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
