- Develop strategic initiatives to ensure the continued growth and success of our Serious Illness Medicine programs
- Manage daily operations, oversee budgets, and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Focus on staff recruitment and management while ensuring compliance with governing agency regulations and standards
- Enhance the patient experience through effective leadership and operational management
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, health care management, or a related field and an understanding of Medicare Part B services and billing.
