This role involves managing patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The specialist will support the Serious Illness department by maintaining electronic health records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring timely documentation to enhance patient care. Monday - Friday, 8 : 30-5 : 00. Full-time positions offer an excellent benefit package with paid time off.
