Carolina Caring is seeking a Medical Social Worker, MSW or BSW to support our Palliative Medicine and House Calls programs delivering care to patients and families.
Full-time Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
Full-time positions offer an excellent benefit package with paid time off and mileage reimbursement.
Requirements
Education :
Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Experience :
Minimum of one year of social work experience in a health care setting required. Palliative Care, Hospice or Home Health care experience preferred.
