Seeking an experienced RN to provide field case management services in the Charleston, SC area. RN or BSN preferred. 2 years experience in worker’s compensation preferred. Must be certified or have certification eligibility status. CCM certification highly beneficial. Bilingual is a plus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client field case management
- Design of injured worker care plan
- Execution of care plan
- Coordinate care services with care providers
