Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with supply chain and SIOP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics and statistical modeling to enhance our sales, inventory management, and operational strategies. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, improving demand forecasting, and driving data-driven decision-making. This individual should have a strong curiosity and desire to blaze new trails!

Essential Functions

• Forecasting Models : Develop and implement advanced statistical models to improve demand forecasting accuracy.
• Data Analysis : Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales, inventory, and operation planning.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service, marketing, Operations, Inventory Control and supply chain management team, to align on planning processes.
• Reporting : Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance SIOP effectiveness.
• Data Management : Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for analysis and reporting.
• Process Development : Creating process, that allow application and utilization of data. Ie How to leverage machine data to create predictive models and automate risk-based decisions through advance predictive analytic techniques and capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
