About the Role
We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Whether you already have clinical CA experience or are ready to be cross-trained in both front and back office tasks, we care most about character, reliability, and heart. Responsibilities
Front Office Duties:
- Greet patients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and process payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Support smooth daily office flow with excellent communication
Back Office Duties:
- Assist chiropractor with patient therapies, setup, and documentation
- Educate patients on basic wellness routines and clinic services
- Maintain a calm, confident presence during clinical care
- Ensure treatment areas are sanitized and ready for use
Cross-training is provided for candidates with the right mindset and willingness to learn!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a chiropractic office is a plus—but not required
- Strong customer service or hospitality background preferred
- Able to multi-task and remain composed in a dynamic, patient-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with office software and EMR systems
- Physically able to assist with light clinical duties (bending, reaching, standing)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- CPR certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
