We are looking for a RNC Load Assistant to assist our Residential New Construction department with work orders from the Load Manager. An employee in this class performs the full range of duties associated with Manual J And Manual S Calculations. The RNC Load Assistant receives the work to be completed on a Spread Sheet indicating the nature of the work to be done and is typically unsupervised in the performance of his/her job. Full Time Monday-Friday 7-4 or 8-5

Other responsibilities of a Load Assistant:
• Manual J Load Calculations
• Manual S Sizing equipment FOR HVAC
• To be able to read residential Building house plans /Blueprints.
• To be able to learn Wright Soft Program.
• Report work completed status as required by Load Manager.
• To be able to evaluate Building’s Insulation and Specs from Plans /Spread sheet.
• Work with Lead estimator to complete work in a timely manner.
• Work With RNC Start up Coordinator daily.
• Maintain accurate jobs you are working on.
• Being able to understand plot plans to obtain orientation/Direction of Building.
• Follow up on any uncompleted Calculations.
• Maintaining the workload for Start ups daily and with new load Calculations.
• Being able to help Job file set up for all HVAC work orders.
