As An Entry Level Client Support Agent You Will Be : Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on renewable energy and solar options Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all information to set up a consultation Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm appointments and follow ups Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, and structure is updated and retained Collaborating as a team with fellow Client Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals Skills Preferred For Our Entry Level Client Support Agent Position : Possess strong verbal communication skills Ability to assess potential challenges and be solution oriented An exceptional student mentality and desire to enhance a customer’s experience Highly motivated and works well in a fast paced environment Ability to build a strong rapport with clients and consumers in a compassionate, empathetic, and positive manner Basic Qualifications We Look For In An Entry Level Client Support Agent : Prior experience as Customer Service Representative or Client Support Representative is a bonus High School Diploma or equivalent certification US Work Authorization Hours of Operation for this position are 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm   Powered by JazzHR
