What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail and Merchandising Internship position at Carolina Core FC?
As a Retail and Merchandising Intern you will work with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing team. Intern projects, learning opportunities, and beyond will include:
- Assist the team with merchandise ideas.
- Assist the retail team in setting up stores, activations and events including merchandise.
- Learn and assist in strong and effective retail sales.
- Help process online and in-store orders.
- Learn to engage with customers and build customer retention.
- Assist in creating merchandise marketing campaigns.
- Help create training materials for retail staff to increase revenue and build strong team members.
- Help the team in creating and maintaining organized systems for merchandise/retail.
- Other items can include any tasks and projects associated with the team's retail and merchandise department.
