As a General Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supervising and executing various landscape maintenance tasks, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train crew members on landscape maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, debris management, pruning, and basic irrigation management.
- Complete daily and weekly production assignments efficiently.
- Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials as needed.
- Schedule and monitor daily work, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure safe operation of equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and communicate effectively with clients.
- Prepare timesheets and other necessary paperwork.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment storage areas, and vehicles.
- Identify and offer solutions for any turf and ornamental concerns.
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation
Pay Range: $18 to $22.50 hourly (depending on experience)
Salary : $18 - $23
