Responsibilities
- Complete daily and weekly production assignments efficiently, including irrigation system service, repairs, and modifications.
- Schedule and monitor daily and weekly workloads to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage inventory and maintain clean and organized equipment and vehicles.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Supervise and train maintenance crews on basic irrigation system functions to support peak seasonal demands.
- Complete accurate timesheets and other required paperwork.
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair is preferred.
Compensation
Pay Range: $18 to $25.00 hourly (depending on experience)
