Counselors In Training will live in a cabin with a group of campers, where they have the opportunity to build intentional relationships with each camper to help them experience and know the love of Jesus. Counselors in Training are responsible for assisting the Counselor in all daily tasks. They will help provide a safe environment for campers, while modeling a personal relationship with Jesus.
The Camp Crew helps provide campers with a safe and fun environment, through support roles including but not limited to dishes, activities, cleaning and retail. Responsible for helping create a space where campers can take one-step closer to Jesus.

Physical Demands :
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in hot and humid conditions. Requires sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, twisting, hiking long distances on varied terrain, shouting, ability to lift / carry anywhere from 15 to over 50 lbs., and engage in difficult and exhausting manual labor, often over long stretches of time without breaks.
