We're seeking to fill the key position of Graphic Designer. This is an essential role requiring a high level of maturity and responsibility. Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years or more experience designing signage and preparing files for production. He/she must be able to work closely with our sales.team, production / installation teams and customers.
This is a hybrid job offering remote work with a regular on-site presence. Candidate should be within reasonable proximity to our facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graphic designer with strong experience in commercial signage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign) and other graphic design software. FlexiSign will be considered a plus.
- Experience in Multifamily Housing (MFH) signage and proficiency in SignAgent™ will be considered a strong plus.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills and math skills.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Our Graphic Designers are responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual assets for signage projects.
- You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Production Manager, General Manager and Customers. You will design signage to meet the the customer's needs and reflect their brand identity and vision.
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for a wide range of signage projects, including indoor and outdoor signage, ADA, wayfinding, EMCs, pylon, monument, building signs. Illuminated and non-illuminated signage. Vehicle wraps and graphics.
- Quickly develop preliminary sign designs intended to provide rapid response and pricing.
- Develop creative sign concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on client briefs and project specifications.
- You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to design standards across corporate accounts.
- Ensure ADA and other MFH signage complies with government requirements.
