Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, flexible, and hard-working individual to join our Production Team in the role of Materials Handler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the success of our 3 production shops by receiving, inspecting, photographing, organizing, and relocating production materials.

We build countertops, reception desks, showers, furniture pieces, and more for a variety of customers from your neighbors down the street to local hospitals to even professional sports stadiums. Responsibilities:
- Take and execute instructions from Plant and Shop Management with a sense of urgency.
- Operation of a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to unload incoming deliveries from trucks, load our production equipment with allocated material, and put away any leftover materials into our storage area.
- Inspection of incoming materials for damage, signing receiving paperwork, and assigning locations for each new material that is brought into the shops in an organized manner.
- Moving material from one rack location to another, consolidating materials to make room as needed, pulling materials to be seen by customers, and keeping locations of materials up-to-date and accurate.
- Communicating with shops and other teams to verify accuracy of inventory materials.
- Assisting in the monthly inventory count and reconciliation process.
- Resulting materials movement and use in our industry specific ERP software.
- Assisting in the photography of materials as instructed by management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on the occasion that they are asked to move product in the warehouse.
- Forklift Certification or ability to complete it.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments within the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in all seasons of weather. This is an indoor and outdoor position.
- The ability and desire to work Saturdays as needed based on our production schedule.
Typical Work Hours: 7:30AM-4PM (or until job is finished for the day, average of 48 hours a week)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
