Our team is passionate about the automotive industry, and we strive to stay up to date with the newest technologies and trends.We Offer : $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experienceWork schedule is Monday - Friday and rotating SaturdaysGreat benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance401(k)Paid vacationShort- and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee discount programContinued training and opportunities for advancementNew, state-of-the-art facility!Responsibilities - Technician : Removal of graphics and adhesive from vehicles and various substratesPreparation of vehicles for installation; washing / cleaning, isopropyl alcohol, primer application, removal of emblems and various parts / accessories from vehicles ie : mirrors, wipers, antennas & lights etc.Vinyl wraps, paint protection film, tint where necessaryUtilize various tools and equipment to complete tasks, such as detailing, buffing, and ceramic coatingEnsure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and free of debrisFollow established procedures for detailing vehicles to meet quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications / Requirements – Technician : 2 years previous experience in ceramic coating, vinyl wrapping and tintingProven techniques in the industry to include 3M, Arlon, Avery, Briteline, Oracal to name a few.Must know proper cutting, sealing & setting procedures.Experience in the removal of mirrors, vehicle parts and accessories including door handles helpful but not necessary.Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulouslyExcellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional mannerAbility to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficientlyExperience with buffing and polishing techniques for vehicle surfacesBasic custodial skills for maintaining cleanliness of work areaUpload resume and complete online assessment for immediate considerationMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
