Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive. The position is based in Greensboro, NC, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include client communication, conducting product demonstrations, creating sales proposals, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including experience in lead generation, client communication, and closing deals
- Proficiency in product demonstrations and creating sales proposals
- Customer relationship management skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
