Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and analytically minded professional to join our team as an Business Operations Analyst—a role that blends administrative precision with business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and assist with office logistics.
• Prepare executive-level reports, memos, and presentations related to project status and business development.
• Organize and maintain internal databases, vendor files, and contract documentation.
• Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and operational workflow.
• Conduct market research and compile investment summaries on prospective properties or development opportunities.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational procedures, systems, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Administrative, operational, or analyst role; experience in construction or real estate is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with project management and CRM tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
