Seeking a positive and outgoing candidate for a fast paced multi-physician eye care practice in Pinehurst NC to fill our Professional Services Counselor position. Will be responsible for responding to inquiries and counsel patients on clinic elective services, (ex. Lasik and elective surgical or elective non surgical cosmetic procedures.) Assists with marketing projects designed to increase patient satisfaction and generate new patient business. Requires High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Prefer Associates Degree in related field (Marketing, Business, or Sales), requires a minimum of 1 year previous Marketing or Sales experience and 1 year of medical office experience. Ophthalmic experience a plus. Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications. Excellent benefits. EOE.
