Compensation and Benefits Overview
We are offering a total compensation package of $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience. Incentive compensation based on accomplishing your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Measures of Success can increase total earnings to $75,000 or more for an experienced candidate.
Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, short-term and long-term disability coverage, as well as matching contributions to your tax-deferred retirement savings.

This is a hybrid remote / in-office position. We also believe in work-life balance, with flexible paid time off accrued from Day One and 12 paid holidays annually.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through probate and trust administration processes with professionalism and empathy.
- Review and manage estate files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and other team members to move cases forward efficiently.
- Regularly communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to keep them informed on the progress of estate administration.
- Prepare and file necessary probate and trust documents with the court.
- Monitor deadlines, task lists, and calendars to ensure timely progress on estate matters.
- Assist executors and trustees by providing advice and reassurance during the estate settlement process.
- Assist clients with the administration of trusts and ensure assets have been distributed correctly in accordance with the terms of the trust
- Contribute to team discussions to improve operational efficiencies and enhance client service
