Requirements:
- 2 years in real estate, wholesale, sales, property management, or similar fields (driven communicators welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport.
- Ability to nurture leads and manage client interactions over time.
- Required to participate in weekly team meetings, monthly in-person sessions, and company-wide quarterly meetings.
- Ability to track and report KPIs including lead conversion, deal volume, and other key metrics
- Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong drive to excel in a performance-oriented environment
- Real estate experience or basic construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Contract / Full-time
Income Potential: $100,000 to $150,000 per year. Earnings are commission based with no ceiling. Your income depends on the number and quality of deals you close.

- Greenville-Spartanburg Area, SC (Required)
- Work Location: This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings at our local office. Candidates must be based in the Greenville-Spartanburg area and willing to travel locally to meet with sellers.
