What We’re Hiring ForCrew Members

• Ideal for individuals starting or continuing a career in construction
• Learn skilled trades while working with a top-notch team
• Assist in installing crawl space and basement waterproofing systems
• Get trained to grow into leadership roles

Crew Chiefs

• Lead daily field operations and train crew members
• Ensure job safety, quality, and efficiency
• Communicate with customers, teammates, and managers
• Handle crew scheduling, reporting, and worksite inspections

What We’re Looking For All Roles:

• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and outdoor conditions
• Willing to travel throughout NC/SC and work occasional weekends
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Crew Chief-Specific Requirements:

• Proven leadership in construction or related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience following safety regulations and overseeing field crews

Job Responsibilities

Crew Members:

• Install waterproofing and foundation repair solutions
• Use hand and power tools properly and safely
• Follow company protocols and site safety procedures
• Support team in loading/unloading equipment and materials

Crew Chiefs:

• Manage and lead crews on job sites to successful project completion
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Monitor materials and equipment for issues
• Train and coach team members
• Track timekeeping and submit daily job reports
• Communicate job updates clearly to management and customers

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay:
• Crew Members: $18–$20/hour
• Crew Chiefs: $22–$25/hour bonus opportunities
• Per Diem: Provided for overnight travel
