Basic Requirements:
-Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in construction
-Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
-Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations relevant to [industry/field].
-Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing
for extended periods.
-Willingness to work in outdoor environments and all-weather conditions.
-Ability to follow instructions and work effectively leading the team.
-Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
-Physical capability to navigate within confined crawl spaces.
-Possession of a valid drivers license with the capability to operate a company vehicle.
-Ability to lift weights of up to 70lbs.
-Candidates must be available for travel, including:Initial training at our Burlington location for at least two weeks after hire.
-Occasional travel throughout NC/SC as needed following the initial training period.
-Must be willing to work occasional weekends

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring efficient and effective completion
of projects.
-Develop and implement work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to
meet production goals.
-Monitor work processes, materials, and surroundings to ensure compliance with safety
standards and regulations.
-Provide training and guidance to crew members, enhancing their skills and performance.
-Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions, ensuring
adherence to quality standards.
-Communicate with managers, customers, peers and team members effectively, ensuring
smooth operation of the team.
-Handle administrative tasks related to crew management, including timekeeping and
reporting.
Benefits
-Pay: The position is paid a highly competitive hourly rate and is eligible for bonus and
overtime.
-Per Diem Pay: There will be additional compensation for overnight travel.
-Paid Time Off: CSB observes 8 national holidays plus a floating holiday:
-Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
