Landscape Crew

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Crew Member to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces of our clients. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, and be able to work under minimal supervision in various outdoor environments.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, tree trimming, and garden upkeep.
• Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools necessary for landscaping tasks.
• Install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring clients are satisfied with work.
• Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Communicate with landscape foreman and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping or related fields with a focus on landscape maintenance.
• Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in landscaping projects.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of hardscape construction techniques is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to tolerate various weather conditions.
• Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• A passion for working outdoors and creating beautiful landscapes that enhance property value.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.22 - $19.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
